"INTERIEUR, an exhibition of the photographic works by Andreas Thein and the works by Francesco De Grandi, curated by Alessandro Pinto."

The photographer Andreas Thein presents work exploring "the prosaicness and the story of everyday things" through radical photographic choices, displaying objects and interiors at 1:1 scale with striking spatial effects. For this show, he contributed pieces from SAKRALER RAUM and EIGENHEIM series.

Francesco De Grandi's paintings establish "an intense emotive relationship of internalization and projection" with reality, creating landscapes with "disorienting visionary qualities." His WOOD #5 NUOVO MONDO project reinterprets landscape through "reduction and projection," utilizing fluorescent colors and Wood lamps.

The exhibition was "realized under the patronage of: Palermo City Council, Department of Culture; VEREIN düsseldorfpalermo e. V. and Goethe Institut."
